These terms and conditions apply to all services delivered by Nethos B.V., registered in the Netherlands. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
Services
Nethos B.V. delivers software development, IT consultancy and related services as agreed in a signed proposal or statement of work.
Fees & payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur statutory interest.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, all intellectual property in deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the specific engagement in the three months preceding the incident, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
